Vote now in small business awards
Voting is now open for this year’s Pumicestone Small Business Awards, with the winners to be revealed at a gala night next month.
More than 3000 nominations were received from the community to decide the top 10 business finalists in each of the expanded list of categories.
Residents are now invited to vote for their favourite small business, small business employee or young small business entrepreneur.

“My Pumicestone Small Business Awards are about creating opportunities to spotlight our amazing local small businesses, owned locally and run by local employees,” State Member for Pumicestone Ali King said.
“We don’t have many big business, multinational companies, or franchises in Pumicestone, and so small businesses are the backbone of our local economy.
“These awards are about celebrating the incredible talent and dedication of local business owners and employees, who are making their small business dreams come true.”
Voting is open until May 1 and every voter will enter a draw to win a $200 small business award voucher.
Winners will be announced on May 24 at the Pumicestone Small Business Awards Gala Night.
