The Lachmund family and the team at Richardson and Wrench Caboolture have continued to win awards and make a difference in their community in 2022.

The business was a finalist in the 2022 Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards in the Corporate Social Responsibility category.
It followed a Richardson and Wrench national award win for Excellence in Community Service in August.
The business was also a finalist in five other categories including Most Outstanding Selling Principal, Most Outstanding Office, Most Outstanding Sales Support, Excellence in Property Management and Most Outstanding Property Manager.
Also in 2022, the Lachmund family and team at Richardson and Wrench Caboolture continued to support community groups, sporting clubs and initiatives as a way of giving back to the community that supports them.
These included Jeans for Genes Day, the Helping Hope Happen' Scripture Union Australia Chaplaincy Fundraiser at Caboolture, and many others.

For many years Robyn and her family has been an integral part of the local community. Their work supporting local businesses, schools and organisations is a large part of who they are.
Most notably, Robyn’s work with school chaplaincy during the past 20 years has raised more than $750,000 for Scripture Union QLD which supports chaplains in our schools.
Founding company director Peter Lachmund established the business in 1994 in partnership with wife Robyn.
His leadership role has provided the team with proven best-business practice.
Excelling in the areas of marketing, organisation and financial management, Peter is also a licensed agent.
Principal and Licensee Scott Lachmund has decades of real estate experience and a background in economics.
As a senior company figure, a licensed and successful real estate sales agent with expertise in property management, his role encompasses the financial management of the company.
Scott is also responsible for our Company's "Community Project" - www.4510TV.com. It is an online platform that showcases all that Caboolture has to offer.
Property Management Director Karen George is a licensed real estate agent and Queensland qualified Justice of the Peace with more than 27 years of property management experience.
Her focus is to oversee the property management team, empowering and educating them, while ensuring the ethics and values of the family business are upheld.
