Who’s Who in 22, Community Groups: Rotary

Rotary clubs across the Moreton Bay Region have had another busy year forming connections, raising money, rejuvenating the environment, lifting the lid on mental health and much more in 2022.

Rotary is a global network of 1.4 million neighbours, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to have lasting impact.

For more than 100 years, Rotary members in Australia have used their passion, energy and expertise to take on sustainable projects.

They believe they have a shared responsibility to take action on the world’s most persistent challenges.

There are more than 46,000 clubs across the world which aim to promote peace, fight disease, provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, save mothers and children, support education, grow local economies and protect the environment.
